Chief Executive Officer

Adamu’s positive approach to leading and managing others and in forming cohesive teams has been key in his delivery of numerous successful rail projects. He has worked in a design and consultancy capacity with major rail consultants gaining over 10 years of experience.  This includes in-depth involvement in electrical engineering, general and emergency lighting, system design, HV and LV protection, control and networks. He is also experienced in system design for depots including lighting.

Governance, Policy, Rail Regulations

Lionel is a Director of GhiGL Infrastructure Consultants leading on Governance and Rail Regulations. He holds MSC in Civil Engineering & Construction and a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute. Lionel is a strategic thinker and leader, versatile, pragmatic and passionate civil engineer with over 30 years’ experience in quality management, concrete technology, business improvement and engineering construction management.

HSE Director/Trainer

Michael has worked at Senior Level in Safety for 25 years in the Railway Industry in the United Kingdom.  He has several years’ experience advising and working as a consultant for client companies.  Michael has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from London University and Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Administration from Aston University. He has qualifications from the UK National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) in Occupational Health and Safety. Michael was the Depot Safety Advisor and played a key role in establishing the Train Wash Plant for the Piccadilly Line trains.  He was also involved with the Risk Assessments for the introduction of London Underground Night Trains. Michael was Head of Health and Safety and Environment Training at London Tube Lines Limited and taught British Safety Council courses to certification levels. He has keen interest in Risk Management and brings a wealth of experience and diverse perspectives to HSE training and delivery.

Risk Manager

Lena worked as a Project Manager managing Multi Disciplinary Consultants (MDCs) to deliver the £14.8 billion Crossrail Project for the North Eastern spur. She moved on to work as IT Project Manager at ATOS, a major partner providing IT services for the London 2012 Olympics and Para Olympic games.  Her key roles included the Policies and Procedures Project and Disaster Recovery Project.  Lena has also worked as a Risk Manager for the £5.4 billion 4 Lines Modernisation of London Underground. She transferred the risk management skills to the media industry providing advertising services in the rail industry. Lena has excellent stakeholder management skills and has acquired a wealth of knowledge working in different industries. Her collaborative approach to work has been a great strength in bringing teams together to achieve success.

Project Delivery Director

Steve is a Director of GhiGL Infrastructure Consultants leading on infrastructure delivery.  He is a Chartered Civil Engineer, a member of the UK Institution of Civil Engineers and a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, UK.  Steve has over 27 years’ experience in infrastructure delivery including rail, regulation, policy and management.  His passion to contribute positively to infrastructure development for the benefit of people and societies are his key motivations to ensure outcome focused delivery.

Engineering Manager

Patrick is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years’ of experience in the design and construction industry. His experience ranges from the hands on design, checking, reviewing and managing design of Rail and Road bridges and other civil/building Engineering Infrastructures.  Patrick has worked previously as Engineering /Design Manager with Alstom design consultancy in London Victoria where he provided technical advice in the design of Foundations, retaining walls and signal supporting structures.

Lead Commercial Manager

A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute Of Builders (CIOB) with over 15 years’ experience in the Built Environment. Over the past 10 years, Kofi has delivered major prestigious projects in London, managing complex and difficult processes commercially. These projects include M & E, Permanent Way P-Way (Track), Station upgrades, Signaling and Building & Construction works. Kofi’s areas of expertise include value management, cost control, procurement strategy, change control, infrastructure, commercial management, estimating/pricing, project reporting, contract administration and disputes resolution.

Engineering Manager

Abena Asamoa-Bonsu is a Chartered Civil Engineer with experience in project engineering, construction and project management on major construction projects within the UK railway industry. Abena has extensive experience of site supervision from a technical, quality and construction stance. She has also led multidisciplinary design projects through a project lifecycle and has considerable experience in management of bids for design and construction projects.

Engineering Manager

Mr. Arday has over 15 years’ experience in Systems Engineering in the Railway industry and Her Majesty Forces. He holds MSc in Process and Systems Engineering & a member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE). He has led and delivered Systems Projects in both Rolling Stock and Railway Infrastructure. He has worked for Major Rail Companies such as Alstom and Transport for London (TfL). Some of these projects include day- to-day systems reliability monitoring, continual maintenance improvement, overhaul scope development, investigation into hazardous and safety related incidents such as derailment and critical components for the Northern Line Metro Stock.

A respected and accomplished Rail Systems Senior Project Manager with over 27 years’ experience specialising in managing Signalling and Operational Telecommunications delivery, Chris has held key client and contractor positions on UK major upgrade projects on Network Rail, London Overground and London Underground.

Director (Rail)

David is a British Railways trained rail infrastructure engineer with over 27 years’ of railway and station infrastructure systems engineering and senior management experience. He is currently the Head of Engineering of a circa £500m Wessex Capacity Programme based out of Waterloo Station (busiest station in Europe) in London, a succinct communicator, friendly, collaborative, can work effectively and efficiently in a pressured delivery environment and to challenging timescales. David is a seasoned engineer with a huge appreciation for scope, change management, programme, cost and add value.

Lead Cost Control Manager

Worlanyo is a Cost Manager with Transport for London in the UK. He is an incorporate member of the Chartered Institute of UK.  Worlanyo has over 17 years’ experience in Contract/Commercial Management, Procurement and Cost Management. Worlanyo has been part of teams that has successfully delivered numerous infrastructure, rail projects and programmes with major engineering consultancies in the UK and Ghana.  He has worked with a number of major consultants/clients and constructors including Ghana Airways (Ghana), Mowlem Rail (UK), Carillion Rail (UK), CH2M Hill (UK) and Transport for London (UK).

Lead Architect

Ann-Mary is an Accredited Project Engineer in the UK Railway Industry providing key engineering support to disciplines such as CRMS (Cable Route Management Systems); LVAC (Low Voltage Alternate Current (electricity)), and also managing and co-ordinating multi-disciplinary projects from design to successful completion. She is an Architect by profession with 17 years combined experience in Architecture, Project Management, Design Management and Project Engineering. She has experience working on a diversified range of projects in infrastructure and building works in various industries including Rail, Recreational, Commercial, Housing, Urban Design Planning and Landscaping, Historical/Conservation Building Restoration, and many more.   Ann-Mary also has experience in the building, refurbishment and modernisation of Railway stations, Signal Equipment Rooms Station Platform extensions and Stopping Positions for new Rolling Stock.

Lead Planning Manager

Albert has over 15 years experience in planning and project controls with broad exposure to, Rail Infrastructure and Heavy Civil. Albert has worked on Crossrail C310 Thames Tunnel, London 2012 Olympics, Crossrail (Royal Oak Portal, Pudding Mile Lane Advance Works), Thameslink Projects (Borough Viaduct) and also Preparing and maintaining a GRIP 3 – 4 design schedule for  Birmingham New Street Station. He brings on board leadership and solid experience of civil engineering & Rail Infrastructure programmes from inception to completion.
