Thameslink Programme, Network Rail, London
Thameslink programme upgraded railway systems, stations and other infrastructure to allow significant increase in railway capacity at a total value of £6.5billion. This is part of the transformation of north-south travel through London.
Wessex Capacity Alliance, United Kingdom, London Waterloo
The Wessex Capacity Alliance is collaboration between Consultants, Contractors and Network Rail to deliver a £400million programme of improvements at the UK’s busiest railway station, London Waterloo, which will result in the biggest package of improvements for passengers travelling to and from London Waterloo for decades.
Infrastructural Capital Investment, Network Rail
The assessment of a multi – billion infrastructure capital investments required for the UK railway sector for permanent ways, railway embankments, tunnels, culverts, over and under railway bridges and station structures over a 10 year investment horizon.
